Frequently asked questions
Can I bring a date or plus one?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our favorite people; however, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.
Can I bring my child/children?
While we love your little ones, if your child's name is not included on the invitation we are unfortunately unable to accommodate them.
What is the dress code?
The event is black tie optional. Men should wear a tuxedo or a dark-colored suit. Women should wear a formal or semi-formal dress. We kindly ask that women refrain from wearing shades of white.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor options, and the reception will take place indoors.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please arrive no later than 5pm. Shuttles will be provided from the Hyatt House to Liberty House promptly at 4:30pm
